        They ground down existing counter and applied a colored coating with sealer. Actually looked good but sealer coat started to flake. After several attempts to contact they finally came back. Took sealer down and reapplied color coating but this application was light and you could see through to the raw concrete. Again virtually impossible to get these guys by phone but finally connected. They blew me off and I have what clearly appears to be a destroyed countertop. Terrible customer service and quality of work on a countertop rework.

      I do recall these were existing counter tops that were in terrible shape and we repaired them as best we could with your budget in mind. These were not countertops we manufactured nor installed. And we're under the assumption, considering this project was completed in October of 2018, six years ago, you were pleased with the job since you finalized payment upon your inspection of the product. Furthermore we have no record of you attempting to contact us. I have retained photos of the installation process as well as all written correspondence to and from regarding this project.
