Sorry that we did not carry the correct charger for your laptop. There are thousands of models available and we cannot stock them all. While we informed you as to the correct model to search for, we cannot indorse any online vendors as there is no way for us to determine if these online vendors are reputable or not.

I researched all work orders for the past three weeks and none referenced what you are describing above. It is normal for laptops to have power management turned on to preserve battery life but can easily turned off if you choose to do so. Since we would never charge to turn power management on or off (done in seconds), I would love to know and discuss what the original issue was.
