Thanks for the review, glad we could help get your system back up and running.

You called us on the phone, to ask how much to replace your laptop screen. You could not provide the laptop model, or size of your screen. We spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to help you find the model #, and even spent time checking Dell's support site. When that failed, we asked to bring it in so we can find the information, to give you a price; which you didn't do. We told you an average cost for a screen replacement was $150. We were not being NASTY, we just could not give you a more exact price without more information. Then, you told us the computer was 14 years old, and another shop told you it was not worth repairing, and we said they might be correct. Sorry if you took that as rude, that's why we asked you to bring it in, so we could check.Also, we told you that the problem with your tablet is that you cannot activate it with out previous owners google account password.Not sure what else we could have done for you over the phone. We were as helpful as we could.You stated that you were here before, and we did very good work, but you did not bother to leave a review for that.And by looking at your other reviews, we see that just about any place you do a review on, is RUDE, or NASTY.But are they really?
