I a wonderful experience with the sales rep today. I was locked out of my phone but he got me back in. I couldn't remember any of my passwords or anything and I'm now just really happy. Thanks.

I came in the store with a broken screen on my phone. Daniel (who was my associate) helped me. He got on the computer and helped me file a claim for my S23 Ultra. He talked with an associate from Asurion to get my phone fixed or at least get a replacement. In the end I got a replacement. Definitely recommend this store for any Verizon services.

Ive just had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store here on taylorsville rd. We came in with multiple questions, and every answer was taken care of. Customer service and the conversation skills was excellent and that is why we come to this store location. Seeing as we live one hour and 15 minutes away from this location we always come for the customer service We came in to change auto pay and to get a new cover for our phones and a new screen protector. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends so they have as good of an experience!

Dont know about the rest of people but today 03/22/24 I have 1hour waiting just to ask a question theres only two people attending the public no one receives the costumer just sitting in here and waitng guy was nice
