    1st I can't express enough my greatest of gratitude, utmost respect to a woman "felicia" banker at 35th n bank US Bank. I had fraudulent activity on my account as my purse was stolen, leaving my entire life wde open to whomever stole it. I have been since NOVEMBER 2021 trying to resolve the issue, spoke to multiple, I do mean MULTIPLE bank associates, each n every time NOBODY knows what I am talking about. Unbelievable to say the least. US Bank is charging me fee after, fee, after fee, after fee on fraudulent activity. FELICIA and David have volunteered countless calls, emails, fax, after hour help to try and resolve this issue. US Bank has completely let me down, disappointed me in many ways, Felicia has given me HOPE when nobody else cared. We are maybe seeing light at the end of the tunmel as I was had for thousands of dollars. Us BANK again, charged me hundreds probably close to thousand in fees on fraudulent activity. They call my phone day and night, all day every day wanting the balance of their fees, yet, nobody has cared to help me resolve, retrieve my account when I have went above n beyond proving my innocence, police reports etc. It remains a work In progress ...if you need awesome customer service call felicia, she is a huge asset to the company, she holds CEO positions for her help, her customet service, understanding. Sadly, THE CEO is making top dollar w/out effort, knowledge, nor care of my mishap. I love you felicia, tha k you from the depths of my soul that YOU are YOU. I will reward you when my problem is resolved.

    Today I brought in a check that was sent to me from the bank as payment for one of its members. I presented the US Bank check and was told that because I do not have an account with US Bank, I would have to pay a $7 fee for them to cash the check. This was not a personal check handwritten from someones checkbook but a check that the bank itself sent me. I have never had any other bank charge me a fee for cashing a check they issued. The whole reason that I even have the experience to know this is I had the occasion for someone to write me a check they didnt have the funds to cover, which resulted in my bank charging me a fee. Since then I take any suspect checks to the issuing bank, and if there are insufficient funds the overdraft the individuals account, but I get my money. I asked if I cashed the check at my bank and my bank presented the check to them, if they charged them $7 since they dont have an account; they said no. It was explained that as I am not a client of the bank and there was an issue, they would not have recourse. This makes no sense as the recourse would not be against me if there was a problem anyhow as the bank itself was the issuer of the check on behalf if its member. I also realized after what also seemed odd is that I was not offered a receipt showing that I had to pay the charge.
