        I never had this much bad experience with Citibank credit card customers service. They sent my card to my old address so I cant set up my account the same time sent bill to pay. Thats ridiculous.

        Worst place to get a loan we got a loan through this company and our mortgage almost tripled in six years every two years our loan goes up significantly when I first bought my house our loan payment was $427 a month because I put so much money down on my house and And I went into the bank today and this is six years later To make a payment on my house and they informed me that next month my mortgage is going up to $970 a month I urge you to not use this company and to find another bank or another means of getting a loan
