Went to make a deposit very rude lady at the window with a bad attitude. Asked to speak to the manager, Mark the manager did not help and would not listen to what we had to say. All I wanted to do was make a deposit and the lady at the window let me know that I was not important and had other customers. Sat at the window with a long wait and a lady with bad attitude and did not care about me as a customer. Will not be back to this location and just wanted to let people know this location has poor customer service and does not care about the location nor the bank.

There is insufficient space here. I was unable to transfer funds via Zelle. I called the number indicated, there is a 30 minute wait. I hang up & I called Michael my "personal banker." He says he can't help me I have to call that number. I called, wait for 20 minutes, they disconnected the call. I called back wait for another 20 minutes or so. They say it's a problem with my ISP. I know this is not so so I called Michael back he says no this can't be right, handed over to his manager who is oh so sorry he will call tech-support and call me back. This is on Friday. On Thursday nobody has called. I called Michael. He says I have to come into the bank to fix it. I'm in the process of moving so I say just forget it I don't have time to deal with it. Here's the clincher: after all this where no one has followed through, no one Has called me back Michael sounds put off,  slightly sarcastic and bordering on rude when I tell him I don't have time to come in to the bank, as if everything is my fault. "What? Really, you don't have time to come into the bank? " I am out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always recognize me and say hello when I do banking inside.

Jessica is in the back now printing statements for two accounts five minutes before the bank will close and she didn't even blink when I asked if she could do that- she just smiled and hurried off to accommodate me. I am thankful for her dedication!!!
