I've been banking JPMorgan Chase for longer than I can remember. The service is very good still being Taylor is a very friendly and professionals! Whenever I have a problem with my bank statement, I call the 1-800 number, and they provide great service! For example, I had charges on my statement from my bank card that I did not recognize! I called the 1-800 number and told them my problem, and they then shut my car down to send me out a new one. They put the fraudulent charges back in my account the same day! I have not tried the auto loans or the mortgage loans. If the service for those things are as good as the other services that I have done, then that would be great!

This is the branch I use the most. Nice local branch with friendly staff, conveniently located downtown. However it would be nice if they would put ATM outside the building. No drive thru here.

Convenient place to bank downtown during the week.
