*Owners of Heritage Green Apartments are 5 West Group, they handled my issue immediately and returned my deposit. You will have to email them but they will get back to you. Glenda will not tell you who her supervisor or the owners are but I will* The office staff at Heritage Green Apartments need some serious customer service and business training. Glenda Mullins especially, is on a power trip, she will try to take your desperate situation and use it to her advantage to assert power and control. Luckily for us, Glenda canceled our signing of the lease and we're in a much better house that approved us in less than 24hrs and we moved in the next day. Know your rights. Don't sign any legal document before reading every detail. Never be afraid to reach out to a lawyer, most lawyers offer consults for free. Take every issue with Glenda to her owners at 5 West Group.

I don't live there, but my best friend does. 6 months ago, my best friend had an devastating event happen that changed her life forever. Management and neighbors gathered around her and showed her some support and love. So for that reason alone, I'll give them a good review

The individuals that work in the office goes over the top to make this place safe and liveable. Very respectfully and polite!!!
