Central Park Lofts KY

Central Park Lofts is an amazing property in a great and historic part of town. It's got everything you need in a rental: a stylish building with a very quiet interior, spacious units with very high ceilings and concrete floors, and walkability to a coffee shop right across the street and central park a block away! Management is 2nd to none with Adam going out of his way to help out in any way he can. Also your going to be hard pressed in finding a basement parking garage anywhere in this neighborhood so that is a huge relief. With reasonable rent and a unique living space all in all my 3yrs there were very worthwhile!

The Central Park Lofts are a fantastic place to live- beautiful and spacious apartments in a great location with off-street parking. The management is top notch, always helpful and responsive. Could not recommend more.

This is the best place that I have rented in Louisville. Management is nice, attentive, and helpful. They are very good at knowing their tenants, and personalizing assistance. The building is quiet and pet friendly. I have lived here for 18 months, and I am only leaving because I am moving out of state. If I could take Central Park Lofts KY with me, I would!

Wow what a place ! I lived at Central Park Lofts for 2 years and enjoyed it the entire time ! After one year I opted for a larger loft and was quickly able to upgrade with ease. The management was always helpful and at times went out of their way to accommodate me while I was there! I travel quite a bit and never worried about leaving for months at a time. Reach out to Adam and Fred for a tour if they have any open spaces- they do not stay available often! Most residents have been there foe 5-10 years for a reason! jw

These are spacious, well-built, unfurnished 1 & 2 BR loft-style apartments in the remodeled Colgate Palmolive office building at 4th and Ormsby in Old Louisville between downtown and UofL. Units are quiet with distinct features throughout, including open floor plans, quality kitchen and bath amenities, large exterior windows, and thoughtful modern architectural choices. The building has secure e-access as well as underground parking garage and storage, furnished common areas and workout room, in-unit laundry, and an elevator. Changed hands in 2019 - local owners, management, and maintenance team are attentive and expert, go the extra mile for tenants, and are working to keep everything in top shape with low hassle. Steps from Central Park and Old Lou restaurants, minutes from downtown/university, and close to grocery and highways. It's delightful!
