I wouldn't really want to rent from them. When my brother passed a couple of months ago it was never explained to me what needed to be done. I had less than 10 days to clean his apartment out or pay another months rent. We tried our best to clean the apartment. Didn't get the deposit back due to what they claimed was "no effort". So watch your back with this company. You might get what you ask for Nothing!!!!!

On February the 25th of 2022 I gave $500 deposit on apartment at 4930 manslick road they just called me Friday April the 8th 2022 to let me know that my papers was ready to take back to the section 8 office but when I had put the application in the lady the manager on site tell me the rent was $800 dollars they redid the apartment and raise the rent to $895 section 8 will only give them $888 they denied me for $7 they would not take off $7 so I can get the apartment for $888 and they held on to my $500 since February my lease papers expires May 14th 2022 less than a month to try to find an apartment it takes 10 days for section 8 to come out to inspect apartment I am boxed up ready to move I have nowhere to go and I am crippled on my right side and I am black I feel like I have been discriminated against there are no black people living over at 4930 manslick road Iroquois terrace apartments I have never in my life felt this low I can't eat I can't sleep I am sick it's a limitation to what I can do I've been driving back and forth and back getting in and out of the car it has took on a toll on my body now I supposed to pick up my $500 deposit back today this is April the 13th I want my money I have been patient and it better be signed and ready to give back to me they was very very wrong to me I will give a homeless person $7 may God work on them
