Ms. Cindy (the property manager) is such a sweetheart. We loved speaking to her and she has always been so helpful, very blessed to have met her. We give her 10 stars because she's such a sweet woman and wishes the best for everyone. The 2 stars which is me being generous is in regards to the application process. Any place that we've ever rented from has based the approval upon RENTAL history, however, this company does not. They base it off of your CREDIT history first and then proceed to follow up on your rental history (if you get past the credit part). People don't know why some are in certain circumstances so to run credit reports does not mean individuals do not pay their bills.... I mean, hello- however, this company disagrees. They want you to have a great credit score and if you don't have that, then don't apply. Had we known that credit history is what everything was based on then we wouldn't have applied. Simple as that. Again, don't apply if your credit history isn't up to par, you will not be approved. Save your time and $20. Best of luck.
