EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER Complete Animal Removal were EXTREMELY thorough, professional, knowledgeable, & 100% honest/up front regarding my raccoon attic problem. It was one of the most extensive theyve seen (particularly in the chimney bc I have siding, not brick). I was so thankful to have a company I could trust that would take my health seriously by taking all precautions and safely remove all of the raccoon urine/feces/latrines. Raccoons can carry a lot of infectious diseases that can be highly pathogenic/toxic and cause health risks to humans if not treated very carefully and correctly with the removal. Raccoon removal should ONLY be handled by professionals in this business, preferably by Complete Animal Removal to protect you and your familys health and safety and to protect your home. Complete Animal Removal kept open communication throughout the whole process from start to finish, kindly & patiently answered all of my questions/concerns providing solutions for both myself/my home & their workers. One example: I requested them to go directly through the window to avoid any risk of exposure/contamination to the rest of the house & they responded with Not a problem! We can do that!. They also worked with me to make sure that the roof vent was fully sealed from both the inside & the roof to make it impenetrable for ANY future animal attempting to use the vent as an accessible entrance route. They were able to remove ALL the insulation (contaminated and along the walls upon my request for health reasons) and successfully removed all raccoon latrines in both the attic and the chimney where it was so extensive. They suspect that due to my house being mostly vacant (not lived in) for 2 years prior to my moving in, that these raccoons likely had been coming/ going for longer than Ive been in my house. I likely only briefly deterred them when a new roof was installed in 2015 as well as barriers placed 2 years ago when they were first discovered coming/goingPrior to & after that, I had not & have not heard them I assumed they were gone until learning how these conniving creatures work from Complete Animal Removals expertise, experience and knowledge. I have since learned that it takes a FULL remediation to 100% FIX their damage & avoid them from returning Their full decontamination keeps animals/raccoons from returning by removing any/all pheromones. Their strong disinfectant fogger disinfects the entire area by removing any/all pathogens left behind from raccoon feces. They are not a mold remediation company, however, they said their disinfectant is strong enough to kill the mold spores in chimney from where the raccoons had eaten through wood & hardy-board creating a hole into the chimney where water could seep into. This was an extensive removal process and I would not trust any other company than Complete Animal Removal for this job. They are and were reliable, extremely thorough & trustworthy. No one wants to have this problem or have to deal with this problem as it is extremely stressful and can be very harmful to your health if not addressed properly. In my case, I have multiple neuromuscular & autoimmune disorders that cause respiratory issues. Learning about how harmful to my health this could be if not properly addressed causes significant stress, worry and fear for my health. Adam helped calm my stress throughout & put my mind at ease by protecting my health by restoring fresh, clean air and a safe living environment. I feel 100% comfortable that they have COMPLETELY removed the problem & I look forward to breathing cleaner air as well as having a cooler upstairs now that the roof has been sealed and fixed! These guys are fantastic!!!!! Called about a young raccoon that was trapped behind our office. They were at our office in less than an hour. Isiah the tech was great!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and got the raccoon out without hurting it. I am pretty sure it was angry though lol Would absolutely have no problem recommending these folks!!!

I had complete quote me on a bat removal job. The quote covered a large amount of sealing as well as a secondary add on for removing all insulation and adding more back in. The attic has a lot of shingle/roofing material that has fallen, so it is hard to tell what is guano vs that material, but another company I had come out suggested that there is minimal guano and full removal is not needed. The other company was also quite a bit more reasonable on pricing for the sealing and removal.

Adam came over this evening to assess our ongoing mouse issue - primarily in our garage. After discussing - we all agreed that sealing our garage and house is cost prohibitive. We will continue bating/trapping. Very honest. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank- you!
