Terrible experience with this company. Ownership is dodgy and makes false claims. Beware that they will tell you you will not be charged until we have successfully removed the animal ..and then proceed to charge you regardless. Save yourself the trouble.

I called for the removal of a bird. Was told I would not be charged until the service was completed, but still was charged immediately $300. I ended up cancelling the service prior to a technician being sent out. I was told I would receive a refund...it has been a month and I have called daily. Each time being told the owner will give you a call. I have not received any call. This company is a scam.

My husband and I had a young possum in our yard today that was just laying in the grass. It was alive because we could see it breathing and it was rolling over sometimes. I went to work and my husband called animal control 4 times and had to leave a message requesting a call back and no one ever called. I then called when I was on break from work and was placed on hold and never able to leave a message. I hung up and called LMPD and was transferred. Again left on hold for approximately 10mins. I ended up called SMPD and they said they would call animal control and have them call me back. Again no return call. We had left out water for this poor animal and beachside it was so hot it ended up dying. We called second chance wildlife as well but they were unable to assist because the animal was then deceased. This poor little animal could have lived if we received the assistance this organization is supposed to give those in the community.
