        We first met Lindsey in 2018 as buyers, and were so impressed with her reliability, timeliness, and expert guidance that we called her again when we were ready to sell in 2023. We particularly appreciated that she displayed such professionalism when we were buying despite our low budget and "non-local" status, which often led to us being ignored by other "professionals" in the area. We had excellent experiences with Lindsey (and Priscilla!) and their affiliated providers (listing photographer, title company, etc). We felt we benefitted from her guidance at both ends of the real estate transaction and would highly recommend her (them!) to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in SE KY!

      Unfortunately, the property Renee wanted to “possibly” purchase went pending before she and her husband were able to view, due to them living out of state. The seller would not hold the house nor accept any offers site unseen from Renee or any other buyers as was disclosed to them in the beginning. I also have a copy of all correspondence with Renee as nothing was said over the phone. The seller accepted an offer before they could come in to view the property. This was no fault of mine but, unfortunately, Renee needs someone to blame. I communicated that the seller had received an offer and accepted as soon as possible to Renee. I wish the best to Renee and hope she finds the right property.
