Very poor service. Didn't get papers to the buyers until after 8pm, and then was very indignant them not being signed first thing the next morning. Went to give them a check for the deposit. There is one sign on a fence by the Parkway, but no signs indicating where the office actually is. Building is in a residential area and actually looks like it could be a home, so with no signs, it's difficult to know where to go. We knocked on the door (because we didn't want to just walk in to what could potentially be someone's home) and were eventually greeted by the surly gentleman who opened the door - also known as the Real Estate Agent. Apparently we disturbed him, because I had to write the check bending over a chair while he waited impatiently. Really poor communication with the buyers (who are from out of state) about Kentucky requirements for titles and other information. If you are looking for a good home buying experience, look somewhere else.

I can't thank Mr. Philip Gilkison enough for helping my parents to sale their home. He is the fourth agent that they listed their home with. He is the only agent that was enthusiastic about the sale of the home and actively promoted the house to potential clients. We have had previous realtors who did not show the house once in the time that we had the home listed with them. He remained in constant contact with our family and within a matter of a few short weeks he had two offers on the table. He made the transition run so smoothly and took care of all of the details and paperwork in a timely manner. We also appreciate the fact that our home was in a different county than where his office is located, and he had to do quite a bit of driving in order to meet the potential buyers and show the home.
