Our realtor, April Wilson, is the best realtor. We have used her twice in 3 years. She helped us purchase this house and sell the house. She went above and beyond her duty to insure our needs were met and that we understood how the market was changing. She was always open to helping us (we moved 2 hrs away). She was honest and intentional in every conversation. She was constantly reviewing the listing and taking all feed back into account. We discussed every feedback we were given. Quick Sale at a good price! We listed our London Kentucky house for sale with April Wilson in November 2023. Since we had already moved out of state by the time we listed the house for sale, April quickly helped with anything that needed to be done when we werent available. She helped by arranging some needed repairs, staging and cleanup as well as the usual steps like open houses and showings. Due to the high interest rates, we were prepared for a long wait to find the right buyer. But April got creative and held a Thursday night open house to get the ball rolling, and we had multiple interested buyers and a serious offer on the first days showings. April guided us through the negotiation and closing, giving us plenty of expert advice to get the deal done. We had an accepted offer on the first day we listed and closed about a month later. April was always available and willing to do whatever was needed. I recommend her highly for anyone who needs help buying or selling a house in London or nearby communities.
