        Hot yoga review (male perspective): - Great studio with good mirrors, gets plenty hot - Shower & locker rooms are the best Ive been to - Good variety of instructors with different styles, try out a few of the instructors since everyone is different - App & online scheduling work flawlessly - Note: When busy in the yoga studio people cant figure out spacing - happens at all yoga studios Overall: Great studio with experienced instructors, intro offer is nice and the regular pricing is competitive for what they offer

        Sterling Yoga offers a variety of different classes and at different times of the day which I really enjoy because being a student- its hard to find a time to go to a class but at sterling there is a lot of different options! Each class is very different which keeps you on your toes and keeps you wanting to go back! The instructors are awesome too!
