      • Nourish Mind Body Spirit

        Everything you could want in a hot yoga studio. Great instructors, a wide variety of classes, diverse times, clean air, clean studio, kept at a great temperature, lots of windows with natural light and a friendly atmosphere. The owner is also lovely and has made this a special place in Lexington to practice for sure.

        I attended the Yoga 101 class with Ember and had a great experience! Id never done a hot yoga class before so Ember let me know I could go at whatever pace I needed to and take breaks! Its a great place to start if you've been wanting to try hot yoga.
