Great staff, they went all out to find the 1 copy of the book we were after, searched high and low and found it! Also, an asociate had a Gnomes coloring book, awesome!

My children got gift cards at Christmas and they are 11 12 and 7:00 so books weren't necessarily the first thing on their mind when they came in there lol! They have so many options for toys and learning sets and games! I was overwhelmed by the Lego options they had as well! The very clean very well run store with very helpful employees! It was a great experience.!

The first few days in March I ordered an e-book from Barnes and Noble. The book did not show up in my account so I called customer service. Turns out I had two email addresses causing an issue. The representative told me she could resolve it and had me log out of my account. When I logged back in I saw the new book, but the 167 other books in my library were gone. She assured me it could be fixed and the books could be restored in a week. I called back every week with my ticket number and had to start over each time explaining what happened. Finally I was told they had no records of my books. When I requested they restore my account to a previous date (there has to be a backup on their servers), they said they could not. I don't believe that they don't keep backups.

Great store but book organization doesnt always makes sense. We found several series that had entries scattered across the store (where vol 1 was on one shelf and vol 2 was across the store and vol 3 was in a third, different place 30 ft away)
