Ordered online, I have a wonderful experience. I was able to buy some toys for my granddaughter that I wasnt able to get elsewhere. I wish we had an actual store in my town.

Traveled quite a distance to shop. Much to my surprise they do not have public bathroom facilities in a store that caters to pregnant women and children. Will not be shopping there....ridiculous.

Tried to exchange items for simply a larger size. When I asked if my order could be found based on an order number through the rewards program I was told yes and to go find the sizes I needed. When I returned with the clothes I was told the order number would not work and then two employees started going through the clothes on a back computer without explaining what was happening. I did ask for an explanation & was told I didn't have a receipt so it had to be verified. I asked for a manager and the situation worsened. She was rude, condescending, impatient and sarcastic. She essentially accused me of stealing half of the clothing because her "system" didn't show they had "ever sold that item from this store", which I found incredibly hard to believe given that when I made the purchases on 11/13/22 there were lots of sizes, but when I returned on 12/13/22 there were barely any sizes outside of NB. I tried describing who checked me out the day we made the original purchase and she quickly cut me off saying that employee had not been there in "over three months", again not possible and how she could say that after the whole issue was not having a receipt and therefore no way she could tell who checked me out. I was not asking for return of any money, simply a larger size of the exact same outfits. I too will not be back which is sad because this is a bi-weekly if not weekly shopping spot for me. To be treated as a thief, spoken to with such ugliness and hostility and then cheered for not wanting to come back was more than enough to prove this is not a place I want to give my money or business.

This store has a tremendous selection of baby items. Anything that you could think of you'll be able to find. We were lucky enough to be assisted by a young man named Nick while looking for a stroller and carseat. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all of the different brands and how they functioned. It was impressive.

This store is absolutely horrible. We went in and ordered baby furniture to be delivered to our home with white glove delivery. The furniture arrived at the store, not our home, and they said that there was a mix up and they would reorder. When the furniture finally came, the delivery person dropped off a busted pallet of 400lb furniture in the middle of my driveway blocking my wife's car into the garage for 3 weeks. The furniture was ruined through the rain and elements. They replaced it..again, and the delivery driver was nice enough to drop off the boxes in our garage and take the old pallet. He also told us that his shipping company does not do white glove delivery. We then had to pay people to move this furniture upstairs to our nursery. After paying for white glove delivery. I have been through customer service online through email and through the store. One of the store associates told my wife that she needed to lose her attitude. I've talked to Jessica, the store manager multiple times and she keeps blowing us off. She told us that she could give us store credit. When I told her that was unacceptable, she said that she would talk to Logan who is apparently a customer service manager. That was over a month ago. I've heard nothing back. I am appalled and I am about ready to file a formal complaint with the BBB.
