        I've worked in a plaza these people own for three years now. They cheaply fill in the pot holes so they return basically instantly, never paint the lines so everthing is dull and hard to see, last year they had such poor maintenance a sign broke down and fell on random shoppers cars, and have exceptionally rude management that seems to only care about looking "professional", constantly complain to plaza workers that they do not have any rank over and act unresponsible for the poor conditions of their own preperty. Black ceiling tiles inside, trash outside, it's great. Embarrasing honestly I wouldn't recommend leasing from these people unless you want your company to look trashy.

        Im sure theyre great if youre a building owner looking for someone to handle your building and lease. But if youre a customer searching for a space to lease, they arent extremely helpful. It would be best to have a real estate agent speak to them for you. With me, they were curt and unhelpful. They were hard to reach and not exceptional at returning calls.
