I have been with Modern Property Management for 2 years now and when I say they have been NOTHING but GREAT- its an understatement! They are so understanding and willing to work with you if a problem occurs. Maintenance is easy to communicate with and they are fast on the job! I would recommend MPM without hesitation.

Lets just say if I could give negative stars I would. Went to pay my rent in January and saw that $297 had been added to my rent as utilities (Mind you, these apts are 350sq ft and they were trying to charge me $940 in comparison to the usual $685-$720) Considering we all split utilities and I was the last tenant in the building to pay my rent that month, all utilities that came in at a later time fell on me. I called and texted and got little to no response, this went on from January until now. They told me they were busy, and I hear someone laughing as they transfer my call. So the past due bill kept adding up. finally when I got a response it was over text message from Armando stating that I have to pay the unpaid utilities and its reached over $300 and I will be charged late fees AFTER NOT GIVING ME ANY ANSWERS FOR MONTHS. Did not return my call, and did not respond to my text. So now, I guess the property owners have suddenly switched managements and none of us have been given any info from MPM and theyre acting as if they dont even know whats going on. Im happy the $300+ is off my account but Im curious to see how long that lasts and how they plan on dealing with this mess. Fingers crossed.
