If I could give -10 stars I swear I would. Ann the owner is the worst, I would never ever recommend anyone to rent from them. If you are looking RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I have also filed my complaint with the BBB. Against the company and Ann personally

I wish we had better people to manage our property. I live in the Oaks which is a gated community, at least it use to be. Back in February, a car drove through the fence surrounding our property. It is now April, and the fence has yet to be properly fixed. A pathetic looking fence about the height of a small garden fence has been put in place, which is not keeping unwanted people from entering our complex. We have had people walk in and try to break into cars because this issue has not been addressed. As someone who works in law enforcement and has connections with LPD. It was communicated to me that the area around our complex has been very active in criminal activity, two shootings within the last two weeks have occurred amongst other things. If crime has increased within the area, wouldnt a company like this want to address the giant hole in the fence to give the residents a sense of security and protect peoples property? Not Assurance! Our grass has yet to be cut.is it going to look like a jungle before you all actually intervene? Do better!!! I wish we could find another company. Someone who will actually address things around our complex. And I know that these issues have been communicated by residents, I was told by them personally. So when are you actually going to start doing your jobs? Is it going to take someone breaking into a persons unit and robbing them because they got in through the hole in the fence? You all are pathetic.
