Renter beware, paid to have my home cleaned upon move out and paid a $1200 security deposit. Left with some pet damages and received a bill for over $2000 a month later. They use the cheapest paint and materials possible and will charge for anything they can find.
Residential staff are unprofessional and will gossip to neighbors. If an appliance is broken, it can take several weeks to have it replaced.
The homes themselves are nice and flooring is good, it's just a bad place to be if something goes wrong.
