About a year ago JAG did work on my chimney. I have no issue with the quality of the work. In fact I wrote an earlier review praising their work. My problem is communication. I had just a simple question to ask. I was not asking him to do anything but answer my question. I left three voice mail messages on Jess Goodman's phone plus a text. He has not responded and it's clear he has no intention of doing so. If you expect to receive follow-up support I suggest you look elsewhere for roofing services.
