I took my mother-in-law to see Dr. Knox for a follow up visit on her Alzheimers diagnosis. He was very unprofessional and to say he lacks compassion would be putting it nicely. He has no bedside manner which in my opinion is highly needed when dealing with the elderly and Alzheimers. He more or less called me a liar about what he had told us in our previous visit. I do not recommend this Dr at all and if I could give 0 stars it would be to many.

I went for a consult for restless leg syndrome. He immediately labeled me as drug seeking which I am not. He was so rude, condescending and did not listen to my concerns. He dismissed my RLS stating I dont have it because I describe it as pain. RLS is definitely not his speciality. I will seek care from another Dr that is more professional and helpful.

Two members of my family see Dr Knox. He is friendly, kind, & respectful to my elderly mother w/ Alzheimers. She had been going to him for 2+ years. He explains every detail of her care management & is always accessable for problems or questions. My other family member has received excellent diagnostic and follow up care as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Knox for your neurological care.
