The parking garage is a disaster. The handicapped section is usually full, and the handicapped drop off spots in the upper levels do not have egress for wheelchair users on the passenger side. Getting into and out of the gates is often clogged. Once youre in the garage its often clogged and there are no staff to direct vehicles. This has become normal here. Today after struggling to even get into the facility, we were greeted by a line down the hall to get in for our lab appointment.

O outta 10. What a waste of time and travel. The appt is now running 2 hours late at cardiothorasic..could have easily been done via telehealh instead of wasting my entire day. Unacceptable in every single way.

Thank You Dr. Brown, Sara & everyone working in The Pediatric Dental Department at UK! You made my little girl feel so special during her visit & exam! From beginning to end, the personal care shown to my child is unmatched! From -taking the time out to help my child see dentist visits are fun, not scary at all! To -making us BOTH feel comfortable & important while we were there.. I can honestly say HANDS DOWN! This is the most welcoming atmosphere we've been apart of As this is a rarity amongst most dental visits- I must share our experience for others to know. Thank You UK pediatric dentistry!
