    Received results before midnight of the same day.Testing staff was courteous and personable. Registered online before arriving at the test site. Gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the parking lot system was confusing. Vehicles pull up and wait for someone to verify their registration then direct them to the line to get tested. There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason, any order, as to how vehicles come into the parking lot and are directed to the testing area. The person in the vehicle next to me had their window cracked so I asked them if they knew what was going on. Theres no directives regarding the system. If you dont know, how do you know what to do? Theres one person working the parking lot area, checking people in and sending them to the testing line. Theres one person working the testing line. I did not wait very long before being directed to the testing line. However, I think I was directed to the testing line before others simply because I happened to pull up in the row where the staff member was verifying registrations

    Good experience- I saw customers being rude because they had to wait- but thats true everywhere right now. They do a good job- results in 24 hours.

    I have been tested through this company several times and as told my results were given the same day.. They did not ask for my social and the info I gave was given to the health department. They are also the ones who let me know when I had COVID wherein CVS took 5 days

    Absolute horrible experience. Waited for ever with 1 car in line. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional. Took way longer than expected to get my results. And they required my ssn not sure why but that was weird. Better off going to more official establishment. Shouldve read these reviews prior to going.

    This place is disorganized, customer service is non-existent and its s complete waste of time to attempt to go here. If you try to call their customer service number (posted on the ship container that functions as their office), you get a recording asking you to leave a message, but the voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. If you wait for an operator to answer the call (which their main telephone message says will happen if you remain on the line), you never reach an operator and you are stuck in a perpetual telephone menu loop. When I spoke with the attendant that came out of the office to tell me I needed to go to another spot in the parking lot and I told him their signage wasnt set up to indicate where customers should go, he told me to complain to Donald Duck if I didnt like it. The individual listed as the principal of the business (Apollo Holdings, LLC), Jonathan Layne Hart, apparently works in a lab at the University of Kentucky and it would same is unable to run the business because he has a full-time job. If my experience is not unique, it would seem that NO ONE is running the business. In my opinion, this is a business doing the absolute bare minimum to receive government and insurance money. If true, the state should revoke their business license until they address the myriad of poor business and customer service issues I experienced when attempting to use them for testing. Give the location to someone that can run a testing site with at least some degree of skill.
