My dental practice conducted a small bit of business in 2011 and early 2012 with Mr. Isaac's Dental Lab but have since procured the use of another dental lab for crowns since Mr. Issac doesn't make zirconia crowns, a product which we desire and that dentistry is heading towards, for it being a monolithic restoration and less chances of failure. A single unit crown's porcelain fractured in November 2012, after being in place only 9 months. Upon contacting Mr. Issac to stand behind his work, he refused, which is why I feel the need for review and possible warning to future customers. The work i received from Mr. Issac was generally very good, however, the abandonment issues we experienced were enough to turn us away for good!
