    Our entire was destroyed by a pipe exploding in the middle of the night with water covering the first and second floor. The water was deep as 3 feet in places. Entire house had to be cleared of debris then restored. Progressive was very supportive and even put us in a hotel for 6 months while our home was being repaired. Everyone should seriously consider progressive for insurance - they completed herculean tasks with a tight timeline at less costs then other insurers.

    Every time I call, I am placed on a wait. After 30 minutes of being on hold I hang up. Inconsiderate of their customers time. Please find a company that actually appreciates your business.

    Never in my life have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. The staff here are entirely unhelpful, unprofessional and lack basic knowledge. I never write reviews, but Im not sure how else to get their attention. Calling claim adjusters and their supervisors for over a month and cant even get the decency of a call back. My insurance company has been trying to deal with them directly, and they wont respond to them either. If you have any issues that need to be resolved, you can confidently know that they will not by any means resolve your issues or even attempt to. If youre looking for an insurance company, Id highly suggest you look somewhere else.

    I canceled my policy on the 2nd of January before the policy officially took affect. They debited over 400 dollars out for the policy. And today is the 10th. I still have no refund. I was also quoted a price for auto/home. After I gave my banking information they switched the monthly premium. And was going to take out over 400 for January and February. And this is why I canceled the policy! Absolutely absurd! Think twice before you go with progressive or any other business that does this. I found a better insurance company and much lower rates. Call erie insurance and check them out.
