I've known Lee for a very long time, a great insurance guy, easy to talk to, tries to save you money, a sense of humor, just a good person, can't go wrong buying insurance from Lee Morrison, Shelter Insurance.

I Purchased insurance from this agent on February 5, 2024. I was advised that I was paying for two months of insurance never received the receipt in the mail. I reached out to him later asking for a receipt he told me that my policy was canceled due to a payment not being made and I was confused because if I paid for two months in February I wouldnt be do for a payment until April. He said that was due to a change in my policy, and I advised him I never made a change to my policy, so how could any changes go into effect without contacting me first confirming that I approve of these changes, and that I can afford the changes no one ever reached out to me when I contacted him about this he handled it very unprofessional yelling at me through the phone not giving me a chance to speak or ask questions so when I ask for his manager, he referred me to the 1800shelter which advise me he does have a supervisor who he couldve sent me too, but he chose not to. Ive asked for a refund. I will not be doing any more business with this company did not go agent Willie Morrison! Bad service, and unprofessional and just bad for business!
