        Ive with Ky National Ins. for about 13 plus years. And haven't had a wreck in over fifty plus years. This past Friday i had a major wreck and was knocked out.. After i got home from the hospital. Linda Hickey my adjuster reached out to me.. I told her im almost deaf, She raised her voice and we have been texting as needed.. She has gone over and above to help me.. She deserves 10 stars! Mckinney Ins company here in Murray ky is my home town ins company.. Steven Dabbs and the employees there have helped me and guide me as well.. I so thank eveyone for their kindness,

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have paid my homeowners premiums every month for 8 years without a single claim. A tree fell on my roof on (and almost through) my roof on June 30th. It took over 2 months to get an estimate for repairs, during which time water damage increased and mold was allowed to thrive. They are also fighting me on cleaning my personal belongings which were also affected by mold. As if this experience wasn't traumatic enough, this company has just made it that much worse.
