People really have no class there. Will make up lies on people just to have something to talk about. Nothing but pot heads and no class people there at all. Also while staying there, people at the desk kept giving people my room number, and had radom people coming to my room that I didn't know. GM not professional at all and makes it difficult to speak to her when you have a complaint.

I stayed in a non-smoking room as I always do and found cigarette burns in the bed covering but over all was clean

Nope, this place is a pig sty. Save your money. I checked in and knew I made a mistake. The people behind me were talking about meeting their dope dealer in their room. Got into our room and there was BLOOD under the sink on the walls. I quickly booked somewhere else and never stepped onto the property again. Safety: COMPLETELY UNSAFE. PEOPLE MEETING DRUG DEALERS IN THEIR ROOMS.

EDIT: Not a great sign when the first several reviews on here look like 'juicing' blank 5 stars, especially in contrast to the reported issues of the 1 stars sprinkled in. For lack of options (stranded with car repairs Easter), I stayed here a night. Zero recon, I just wanted access to a working shower, and this was closest and most convenient. I wasn't going to say anything at all, pay, stay and go... until I noticed the bites; 2 on left arm about where it'd rest on the bed under the pillows and one on back of right heel. Near as I can tell, if they aren't mosquito bites, they're tick bites, but they don't look anything like bed bug bites (Thankfully). The first impression isn't great when I'm told to use the next door over from where the office staff entered to meet me inside and, upon smelling smoke, notice a fresh lit cigarette in a holding pattern on top of...I forget, a fire extinguisher case? Whatever, there was a DISTINCT burn mark in the building's exterior that formed a dark halo around the currently burning cig. Okay, whatever... get inside, tell lady I just want a night stay; no Q&A, she just quoted me ~$80, gave me 303's card and that was the last I interacted with her. The room looked pretty good, at first glance. One double bed, firm and a little bouncy, and a desk. The furniture all looked in good condition, but I hadn't the need/desire to use or inspect any of it, I just wanted a shower. This is about when the room itself reached out and slapped me to see if I was paying attention; the bathroom door, if you can even call it a door, was so warped I could literally reach my arm up inside the hollow box. More like 2 sheets of thin plywood stuck to each side of a box frame with carpenter staples. This was effectively useless and remained open during my stay, particularly given the cramped situation in the bathroom. The toilet, as I've read from others, had lackluster flushing power, and I won't touch the provided amenities as these are EXPECTED to be bare-bones quality for this rate (Towels, TP, etc). The shower itself worked, but that head needs replaced as I lost probably half the water pressure from a massive leak in its side. Returning to the bed to order food, I flipped on the TV and quickly realized the volume was bipolar (Every few minutes I was adjusting it to anything between 10 & 30 to keep it somewhat 'stable'). By this time, housekeeping was making multiple rounds, and neighbors were out and about... I know because there's a ONE INCH GAP between the bottom of the keycard door and its supporting frame. I reiterate; I could have been eaten by mosquitos or ticks, but I'm guessing probably mosquitos being on the 3rd floor. I'm trying to think happy thoughts with mosquitos. Oh, the mini fridge seems to be stuck on its own singular temperature regardless what you set it to; tap filled water bottle came out of it the next morning feeling SLIGHTLY cooler.... the faucet could produce colder water, which is embarrassing. That's about all that jumps out at me during my stay, and while I do appreciate the shower and bed for a night, I think I'd rather sleep in my car and use a washcloth at your asking price.
