        If you like spending hours and hours on the phone or other ways of getting info on your authorization, claim and very likely a denial then you will love this company. They deny all claims and then give you a major run around on why it was denied. After one month of daily communications with this company I still have not received an answer as to how to resolved a problem getting approval for a medicare allowed surgical procedure.
