        Super clean; great machines; all the free weights you can want to have at a gym. Terrific and helpful staff. I've belonged to several other places in the past: none of them come close to the affordability and completeness of Planet Fitness.

      Howdy, Elisha! We're sad to hear our cancellation process has caused you distress, and we seek to be as transparent as possible about it. Since we require a signature for all cancellations, we currently have two methods for canceling. You can either sign a form at your club's front desk, or you can mail a signed letter to your home club directly (certified mail is recommended for tracking purposes). For reference, this appears in your Membership Agreement signed prior to joining and on our policy page under "Membership Cancellations" here: https://www.planetfitness.com/about-planet-fitness/planet-fitness-policies. If you have any questions or concerns, your home club manager would love to further address them with you.
