I wish I can give ZERO stars... Still on hold trying to freeze my credit for over an hour... Received code in mail to freeze credit but when I enter that code it tells me to call them then eternal hold and someone from the Philippines tells me to Snail MAIL them my driver's License and Social Security Card... Like I should trust this company to keep this information safe after what they have done- The really sad thing is that I did not ever choose to do business with this company they chose to keep my information their self with out any consent on my part and I am just trying to stop someone from using them to rip me off.... This company is really evil... and the phone operators Betty and Donnell are especially rude and hateful and uncaring. I hope everyone sues this company into extinction because simply attempting to protect myself has resulted in nothing but wasted time on my part. Never ever do business with any company that uses Equifax is going to be my new motto.
