I have worked for ISS twice as a seasonal employee at Amazon. If I could go lower than one star, I would. This is a case of the one hand doesn't know what the other is doing (just for starters). 2 yrs ago, I checked my online account to see what was available on it. I noticed that it said I'd been late/absent for a total of 4 points (you are allowed 6 before firing). I hadn't been late or absent once! When I mentioned it to the onsite ISS team, I was told not to pay attention to that and it was what they had on their computers that counted. One week later, I was unable to enter the gates as my badge had been blocked duet to "termination for maximum points reached"...they said I'd reached 6 on the computer. It took 45 minutes to straighten out. ISS "coaches" walked around visiting with some people, handing out scratch cards for prize chances to them. The conveyor dropped about 50 packages in front of me when they were talking to me and no one offered to help pick them up! 2 yrs later (this past Christmas), I worked FT seasonal and when I asked if they fired based on if you didn't pick items quickly enough, the hiring person assured me NO, it is too crowded during peak season, just keep a good pace. I was followed by coaches starting on day 4 for not being fast enough and it continued even though I worked steadily, passed people who stood and talked, read in the aisles, rode their carts down the aisles, etc... Answers were contradictory..one would tell you to do one thing, another would say something else. I had to go to the bathroom 25 minutes before break (could not wait) and was followed in by a coach telling me I should wait for break! Ridiculous people and low pay ($10.75 an hour) for a company that is off the charts in the billions every year.

When i started working for intergrity at amazon things were good. the staff was nice, they would gladly go the extra mile to help you, but after a few weeks into it i got to see what they were really like. they demanded that we get 100% rate every day! I was getting 97% and yet i got wrote up. i was told if i got 99.9% rate that they would still write me up. one day i sprained my wrist and wore a brace into work. the nurse (which i didnt even know there was one) stopped me and took if from me, said i couldnt have it because it would set off the metal detectors. i told her "yeah will so will the keys in my pocket, you gonna take those too?" she didnt know what to say. she just walked away with my brace that i paid $15 for! the following week i went to work and my name tag wouldnt scan me in the door. I went to security to get it fix only to find out i had been terminated because the staff messed up. took them an hour to fix it and my name tag still had issues. later that day i was told if i dont get 100% rate id be fired. i ended up resigning the following day. then when i went to get my last check they had no record i had worked that week. the guy told me "a lot of people dropped the ball." he said it would be a few days til i could get my check. i told him he better have it by weds or i was going to the labor board. thankfully i was given my check tues. DO NOT WORK FOR INTEGRITY! the staff is unreliable, and the expect you to be perfect and have flawless work everyday.
