While you're grabbing lunch or picking up some items from Kroger,you can drop off you dry cleaning. It can't get anymore convenient or stress free, when you choose Concord for all your dry cleaning needs.

Doesn't post prices anywhere or on claim ticket. Staff refuses to disclose cost upfront. Then they add on services you did not request to double your cost! If you tell them not to add these things on next time, they still do. When you confront them, they deny there are extra fee's and just claim it's the increase in dry-cleaning costs. But can't prove the price increase, because nothing is posted, and they won't disclose. They also have rigged their registers (per Mike Webster, manager) to never give a refund no matter what.They damage clothes repeatedly and still make you pay. They refuse to refund dry cleaning or replace damaged goods. Mike Webster will yell and scream, totally unprofessional. He blames all damage on the "manufacturer" and claims they use cheap material, and the customer is too stupid to know better. But Mike apparently is the smartest, and knows better. But not smart enough to tell the customer that there might be a problem in advance, or even how to clean it properly.

I put this review in for the wrong location, but it belongs here at Tates Creek. I brought in a brand new one of a kind, limited edition top from a resort that had never been worn before, to be dry cleaned.  Not only are the prices the highest I've ever been charged for dry cleaning, but the item was returned to me 2 days later completely destroyed! It was a red top with white lettering and gold trim. They clearly washed...NOT DRY CLEANED... it, with black items. This caused it to be stained with black tint throughout, covered in animal hair, massive lint balls, and huge stains throughout. The fabric was suddenly all roughed up and pilling too.  There are was obviously some type of liquid spilled on my top repeatedly while in their possession, as their are multiple large stains.  Even the lettering and trim was damaged on the shirt.The employee clearly didn't care what was happening, as she told me I couldn't get a refund. She just handed me a little slip of paper (not even a business card) with a name on it for a person to call, claiming it was the managers direct #.  But that was a lie, as it goes to some rando automated line. So now, this too has been completely destroyed, and it is no longer being sold. I can't even find it online for sale by a 3rd party, so that I could replace it.  What a joke! This business is so unprofessional and should not be trusted with your possessions.
