Concord Custom Cleaners

My daughter dropped off dresses to be pressed before recruitment. She went to pick them up and they had lost them! They not only lost them, but they would not give me a call back! No one tried to locate! Manager was there when she went to pick up and shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know where they are. They may be close to campus.. but they are HORRIBLE!!! Worth an extra mile to find a reputable business with good management ! Service: Clothes pressing

I was in a real pickle needing to pick up a dress for my wife on a Saturday when the store was closed and I was so thankful someone was willing to meet me. I emailed late on Friday night, got a response first thing Saturday morning, and had the dress by 11am. Really impressive customer service. Thank you!

Concord tore the stitching that holds the hem on my suit pants. I found out when I went to put them on before a wedding so I ended up being latethanks, Concord. I have to think someone noticed that one pant leg was no longer hemmed when they put the pants on a hanger after cleaning; they obviously shouldnt have damaged my pants but they at least could have told me about it so I would have been able to fix it before getting dressed for something important.

I brought in a brand new one of a kind, limited edition top from a resort that had never been worn before, to be dry cleaned.  Not only are the prices the highest I've ever been charged for dry cleaning, but the item was returned to me 2 days later completely destroyed! It was a red top with white lettering and gold trim. They clearly washed...NOT DRY CLEANED... it, with black items. This caused it to be stained with black tint throughout, covered in animal hair, massive lint balls, and huge stains throughout. The fabric was suddenly all roughed up and pilling too.  There are was obviously some type of liquid spilled on my top repeatedly while in their possession, as their are multiple large stains.  Even the lettering and trim was damaged on the shirt.The employee clearly didn't care what was happening, as she told me I couldn't get a refund. She just handed me a little slip of paper (not even a business card) with a name on it for a person to call, claiming it was the managers direct #.  But that was a lie, as it goes to some rando automated line. So now, this too has been completely destroyed, and it is no longer being sold. I can't even find it online for sale by a 3rd party, so that I could replace it.  What a joke! This business is so unprofessional and should not be trusted with your possessions.
