        I paid $15 for wash wax and tire shine, upgraded to ceramic coating for an extra $5 and this place didnt even wash my car. There was absolutely no change on my hood, front or roof and the guy offered a rerun but said it wouldnt fix the problem so I hand detailed all the grunge. I asked for a refund but he said it wasnt possible. I would absolutely avoid this place. Btw the carpet wash machine is broken. An advertised service that also wasnt delivered

        Waited in line for 20 minutes Before I got out of line because there was no Xpress to this Xpress car wash.

        Gets the car somewhat clean.. ALWAYS leaves soap bubbles all over my car. At every one I've been to. I've been to all the ones in Lexington ky and a few in Louisville. None of gotten the soap off. Not sure why.
