Never had any issues till today. I love the jolly rancher apple slushy. The machine freezes up on a daily. Not a big deal. I watched the customer service rep do her thing to unfreeze it!! She was amazing. So I have told the rest of the workers when it's happened after that how to fix it, well today I stopped and the man did not want to run the hot water over the machine as I told him I watched this young lady do this and it's worked like a charm every time since. He said no that's not the problem it's out of order. I said no if you run hot water over it several times (not just a small half a cup) it would come unfroze. So he STUCK HIS NASTY FINGERS IN THE MACHINE AND TRIED TO PULL IT OUT I supposed. That's disgusting. I Said Never mind, I don't want the slushy now that your fingers have been all in it. I'll go to another location from now on. So gross!!

Gas is slow to pump and it seems there never open early morning like the other places around them!

Every staff member that works here are kind and friendly , I interact in this area often and stop by for coffee and snacks if there is something I truly desire they take the time to make me a satisfied customer and they do their job with great joy and warm heart
