        I graduated just over 5 years ago from Transy. Kristi Bowerman, the bookstore manager, was always a welcoming and positive person who was constantly helping students figure out their courses required materials. Shortly after I graduated, my family lost almost all of our belongings in a house fire. I visited Transy and replaced some spirit ware. Kristi remembered me by name and asked how my family was, and did so every year or so when I would come back to visit Transy. Kristi, more than almost anyone else, has continued to make me feel a part of the Transy Community and I couldnt imagine my Alma Mater without her.
