this company is a total scam. I returned my books damage free and I got told I would have to replace it (over $200 worth) based on the damages that came from USPS. I am a college student just trying to get a degree. I wish I could give this company zero stars.

Total SCAM! We ordered a book for my daughters college class. We never received the book. Weeks after ordering, we received an envelope with some invalid code. I cannot get anyone on the phone to get a refund.

Do not buy from here. Every rating is true--they are scam artists. My college uses them as their vendor, and I had to drop a course for the semester which meant I would no longer have any use for the ebook I purchased. On the website I bought the ebook from, they have a "refund for any reason within 20 days" clause; and every time I contacted them, they told me because I opened the ebook, I am no longer eligible for a refund. I would understand that if it weren't for the clause on the vendor's website. I contacted my bank and I got a full refund. Don't bother with them and be sure to do some research, they are Ecampus.com too.

This company has several fronts, including ecampus, BiggerBooks, and A Book Company LLC. I ordered a book I didnt have by an author I liked from BiggerBooks. The book description showed the book as in stock and shipping within 3 to 5 business days. The order that I submitted showed 99 cents as the shipping cost. My email receipt showed a higher shipping cost and 99cents as a fee. One week after submitting the order, I received an email from the company stating that there was a delay in receiving the book from their supplier and that they would notify me when it was shipped. I subsequently found out that the book I ordered had not yet been published and was due out in the following year! I immediately notified customer service of this and requested a full refund. They quickly responded and stated that a full refund was credited to my card. However, when I received my credit card statement, the refund was short the 99cent fee. Posting good prices on books that they do not have in stock (in my case one that had not been published), sending email about delays in shipment because of a supplier problem, and not refunding part of the credit card charge when giving full refunds seems to be a theme in many of the complaints about this company. They appear to make money by doing partial refunds. I do not recommend doing business with them under any of the names they use.
