Central Bank & Trust Co.

I have had an account with central bank for over 20 years now and I cant recall a poor experience other than today when I spent time with a 'personal banker. My experience is similar to others whove posted their reviews here. Some of the staff make it clear that they're annoyed by having to deal with requests. If they dont like doing their job, they should consider alternative employment. I will keep my business with central bank but now Id much rather prefer the ATM to everything this branch could offer.

I opened my account with Central Bank at another branch where the folks were helpful and friendly. This particular branch is staffed with some people who make it clear that they're annoyed by having to deal with even the simplest request. I noticed all the positive reviews of this branch are at least a couple of years old. It's the new staff who have a bad attitude and are discourteous. I'll be visiting another branch soon to close my account and take my money elsewhere.

Moved here from PA trying to open a new account online cause it was an option. Linking my existing account to transfer funds wasn't working so I tried a couple times. Got labeled a fraud ... Nice! Good work Central Bank!! Guess I will take my money elsewhere

I always come here to deposit or withdraw any money, and I love how kind and Courteous they are. They also do it pretty quick and give you a recipe if you want it too. Highly recommend this one specially how it's on Nicholasville so it's in a spot where if you are doing anything around that area you can stop by for a quick deposit or withdraw or even something else.
