Highly recommended he done great with my car had the problem figured out in no time ( which is saying alot considering 2 other places before him couldnt) and was pretty quick also specially considering the amount of work I had done my only complaint is his receptionist can be pretty rude sounding like you are just a bother to her but dont let that defer you cuz if you are looking for a great mechanic Bryan will get you together I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

Brian and Michelle have been amazing!! They give great advice and dont try to over sell you. You find out what you need to know without ever getting ripped off. I had a warranty replacement not only was it taken care of quickly they didnt put me off for paying customers or bigger issues! Its so nice to have an honest businessman and great mechanic!

Stopped in to see if they could get me a new fuel door for my Jeep. They were very helpful and ordered the door, got it in 2 days and they gave me recommendations on where to get it painted for a reasonable price. Brian was very helpful and so was Michelle. They helped me through the process, rather than just ordering me a part and selling it to me. I'd recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Brians Bluegrass Automotive is a cut above. Our car heater went out on our trip between Louisville and Lexington during the winters frigid week in January 2024. The temperatures were in the teens and we had an 11-month-old in the car. We were scheduled to return to Louisville in two days. The concierge at our hotel researched and found eight automotive places near our downtown hotel that he considered reliable. We called one and got an answering machine, another, and got the brush off. Brian Nigoff, who has been in business 10 years, generously said: Come on in, and Ill look at it. When I dropped off the car, even before I could contact Uber, he had a ride on the way. He fit us in to his busy schedule, and with our okay, promptly fixed the heater at a reasonable price, then offered me a ride back to pick up the car.
