Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington Parts Department

This place has the WORST service department!! No one cares one bit about customer service!! No one answers the phone so you leave a message and no one will return your call!! I was lied to ever time I dealt with this place!! I highly recommend finding another place to repair your vehicle!!

Called 4 times with no answer from the service center. Talked to somebody in sales. Left a message for the service center to call me back, was never called back. Talked to the people on line, they told me they would call and contact me, that never happened either. Either. Now my warranty is expired and the issue that I had is going to cost me money. I would not recommend this place at all ever. So much for "new* ownership... Follow up, amazing how you get a phone call after a review: They called (10 work days after my initial call) and apologized, but didn't offer anything. All they said was your warranty is for any dealership and you could've gone elsewhere. I concur, that's great, but you're the only dealership in town and my work schedule doesn't work to drive to Paris or Winchester in time. I would need to take one of my few days off a year for a car appointment bc y'all can't respond to a customer for ten days... Pathetic
