I have been here for a few years and I know things have gone downhill. But this new crew are determined to get things back to where we once were. It takes time so let's give them the chance. Microwave went out Saturday and Michael the maintenance manager drove up from Richmond to fix even though I said it could wait till Monday. Let's help them by having a little patience. It cant happen overnight but I think we are off to a good start from what I can see

Do yourself a favor and take a look at rents of other apartments near by. You will notice that you can get much better quality apartments for the same or less rent.

Incredibly unsafe. No lighting at night. I have so many issues with this apartment complex. Half of my outlets do not work and it unsanitary the amount of dogs feces there is everywhere (including the side walk). Homeless people raiding the trash. Rent is outrageous. Extremely thin walls to the point I can hear full on conversation through the ceiling and walls. Barely any hot water (water is hot but for like 3 minutes). Sometimes the water pressure is so bad you cannot even take a shower. Parking is awful. My apartment was disgusting and not cleaned when I move in. The "amenities" they have here are laughable. Washers and dryers do not function. The "gym" is in poor maintenance. But hey at least they have swimming pool. DO NOT let the pictures of the apartments and apartment showing fool you. What you think you are getting and what you actually get are much different. They are extremely deceptive and make your viewing look much nicer than it actually is. Please move in anywhere else but here. It is so unsafe to have zero lighting at night and I have already had several instances where I thought someone was going to hurt me. Every day I wake up in my apartment I question all the life choices that lead to living in this horrible place.

This place is run very unprofessionally. They changed parking passes in August 2023 but they NEVER emailed the residents. They put pieces of paper on SOME residents doors but not all. When I let them know how unprofessional they are they called me sweetheart sarcastically and threatened to terminate my lease. This property is also run down and not kept up. Management has changed repeatedly. Do not lease here.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy in the world and I legitimately think this place should be shut down. The fact that it is still open and operating is a testament to how much our system has failed. Pros: The apartments are decently large. Cons: The workers at the apartment complex are lazy, irresponsible, and bad at responding. Expect that any email or phone call you initiate with them will be met with complete silence. I was ignored countless times on very important things. The apartments are unclean and broken. When I moved in my refrigerator had thousands and thousands of dead bugs in it, which made my entire apartment smell of rot and death. It took them two weeks to move the fridge out of my apartment even though I talked to them about it nearly every other day. That fridge then sat on the balcony outside my door for the next 2.5 months, again despite consistent follow-up from me. There was also a ton of moldy food underneath of the oven and next to the fridge (in the gap between the fridge and counter), which they did clean eventually but, again, required consistent follow up. Multiple things in the apartment were broken upon move-in including the garbage disposal, window blinds, stains on the carpet, paint on the carpet, sharp remnants from previous tenant installs in the shower, and ruined flooring. At first I thought it was all cosmetic or easy to fix but it turned out that other things kept breaking too such as the air conditioner and hot water heater. In terms of water pressure, it is variable. You will have good water pressure in the shower if you have the temperature of the water at a million degrees, but if you back it down to an acceptable human level then it will barely trickle out. I bought new shower heads to increase the pressure and this still did not solve the issue. Also, the water temperature is either burning hot or off. The other tenants are awful. I consistently complained to both the apartment complex as well as the police about my neighbors smoking so much weed and cigarettes that my apartment smelled like Willie Nelson's house. Nothing was ever done. I also reached out to my neighbors very kindly, only to have them smoke a lot of weed later that day, seemingly in spite. It was consistent from 7am until Midnight. Also on the note of other tenants being awful, my car was hit by one of the other tenants which left a big dent and scraped off a lot of paint on multiple panels. No, they did not leave a note or anything. I found the culprit, which was one of the neighbors and filed a police report. Expect to NEVER have a parking spot. Even though they claim to have plenty of parking, they do not. You will almost never find a spot by your apartment and will have to park way in the back by the dumpsters, which is unpleasant. The water pipes are loud. Whenever there is warm water going through the pipes they pop and creak extremely loudly. That mean if your neighbors use even the smallest amount of hot water, the popping will be so loud that you won't be able to sleep and the sound is reminiscent of someone trying to break in. The utility billing company that they partnered with will rake you over the coals. I had a total charge for utilities of less than $2.00 but with their "courtesy fees" and "admin fees" and "processing fees" and "convenience fees" my total charge came to $19.81... which is almost a 1,000% markup. The pool is disgusting. I swam in it once and it is unbelievably heavily chlorinated, which doesn't help to prevent it from being gross. I swam for about 10 minutes until I realized that there were so many gross balls of hair and bandaids and other various things in the water that I desperately wanted to get out and leave.

Pros:
The apartments are decently large.
Cons:
