The Henry At Fritz Farm

Lived at the Henry for three years now and have loved it. Great location and the office staff is super helpful and quick to address issues. Yvette is also AMAZING.

As I bid adieu to Henry at Fritz Farm in March 2023, I thought I'd drop some thoughts on my three-year stay. I stayed in 251 So all of this review is for that building. Parking was a hit-and-miss and it could be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but for anyone staying in 251 Larue had their own parking space up of the summit parking. Never once did I worry about my ride getting messed with, and that's a big win. Elevators had their quirks, no doubt. Stairs saved the day, though. Just a heads up, if you're in 251 and winter hits hard, the level 2 parking might be off-limits, so be ready for an elevator ride. Living in 251 meant a bit of a trek to the main building for the gym, packages, and pool. Summers? No biggie. Winters? Yeah, not the best. Just wish each building had its own package collection station. Big shoutout to Becky, she was an exceptional manager. Always had a smile and a helping hand. And the maintenance crew? Top-notch. Quick, friendly, and on the ball. Sure, a couple of hiccups here and there, but they always communicated and got it sorted. In March, I closed the chapter in Lexington and on my time at Henry at Fritz Farm. Despite the quirks, it was home for three awesome years. Totally recommend it for anyone on the hunt for a cozy spot in a happening place and with less strain on your pocket.

Very poor communication and not flexible management at all. I was never contacted about any remaining balance in my account after I left the apartment (due to claimed unclear damages). Additionally, I was never able to get any emergency maintenance (all deferred to the next day). Not recommended at all.
