Have been here for about a year now, and I absolutely love it. Affordable apartments, great neighborhood, and the staff are amazing!! Between the office and maintenance team, I've only had great experiences with everyone. It's nice and quiet! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Love the staff and environment here! Everyone is friendly and responds in a timely manner whenever we need something answered or need work done inside our apartment. We love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and friendly place to live!

Beautiful and well maintained property. Staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Very pet friendly. Love that is a smoke-free complex.

I've lived here for a few years now, and this complex is fine. I would recommend this place to a friend with a few caviots. Neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is fine. My partner and I walk to the park at night and it's fine, I wouldn't walk alone though. Really close to the mall, kroger, a public library, and new circle. It's affordable, no bugs or mold. My unit is outdated (my dishwasher for example hasn't worked since we moved in.) But I think other units are being updated as they turn over the units. Electricity is high in the summer and winter because of drafts through the window, our bill for a 2 bedroom is about $150-$200 in peak seasons. The pool would probably be my biggest complaint, It could use a huge upgrade, the bottom is rough and will damage your feet. The pool is residence only but often we've found that people will come and bring their entire family's and stay even though they don't live here, I think going to an electronic key fob lock on the pool would probably solve that issue quick if the apartment complex is willing to make the investment. Internet isn't great, suite solutions is the ISP and we experience lots of slowdowns and outages from them, which makes working from home challenging.
